Promesse's staff of healthcare professionals have actually lived and worked in the region as well as having placed hundreds of candidates at hospitals throughout the region. We know what each particular hospital has to offer to their staff and how our candidates and other Western expatriate staff have felt about working there.

Our advice to you about the hospitals will be accurate and up-to-date - we liaise continually both with the hospitals and with our candidates working there and our staff personally visit at regular intervals.

Promesse places candidates with many hospitals located across the Arabian Gulf states. The main core of hospitals where we have placed most candidates are listed below.

Note that the list below is just a sample of the hospitals that Promesse has dealt with over the years. In fact, we have dealt with most hospitals that hire Western expatriate nurses but for a whole variety of reasons, we may not be sending many candidates to some hospitals at the moment. But the hospital scene is quite dynamic and we expect that these same hospitals will become more favoured destinations for our candidates in the future.

In addition, new hospitals are being opened regularly and Promesse can advise you of potential opportunities at these new facilities as well as those on the list below. Also Promesse deals with some hospitals and employers on an ad-hoc basis to help them meet their personnel requirements at particular times. So if the hospitals in the list don’t suit you for a particular reason, let us know and we may be able to help you with other options.

In any event, be assured that Promesse will only recommend hospitals where our own staff would be prepared to work themselves.

Each hospital we recommend can provide a stimulating and enjoyable working experience but each has different strengths and weaknesses (let’s face it- no where is absolutely perfect.) Just as important is the fact that we are all different.
