At Promesse Pty Ltd (we, our, us) we are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Our software solutions provide a digital means for our customers to manage business activities such as procurement, contract management, compliance, risk management and event management. We collect and manage personal information in the course of providing services and solutions to our customers and managing the day to day operation of our business. We respect the privacy of the personal information held by us and this Policy describes generally how that information is collected, held, used, processed or disclosed by us. If you provide or import any personal information into our software or otherwise provide personal information to us, you warrant that you have obtained all necessary consents to be able to do so including to enable us to hold, use, process and disclose such personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

We use Microsoft Azure to support some of the functions within our solution and you acknowledge and agree that to the extent Microsoft Azure needs to collect, store, use and disclose your personal information to provide that support, it will do so in accordance with its own privacy policy (which can be accessed HERE) and any laws that apply to its operations, both in Australia and overseas.
We will take all reasonable steps to make sure that any personal information collected, used or disclosed is accurate, complete and up to date. As the accuracy of personal information largely depends on the information that you provide to us, we request that you advise us of any errors in or updates required to your personal information or personal information which you have provided us with. If you believe that the information we hold about you or another individual is inaccurate or out of date, you may contact our Privacy Officer and we will update the relevant information accordingly.
